Details

A damage deposit of $200 is required for the Cabin, $500 for the R&R House. Pets are $10/night per pet extra plus the damage deposit is increased to $400 for the Cabin, $700 for the R&R House. The reason for the large deposit is to scare away people who are not respectful of property. We do not charge for a broken dish—these things happen (not that we want to encourage it!). So far, we have been lucky and are rarely forced to subtract for damages. Reservations will be held for only three days without payment. Check-out time is noon and check-in time is 6 PM Fridays, 5 PM other days, unless other arrangements are made. If you arrive before check-in time, unit may not be clean. Three night minimum on holiday weekends. Two night minimum on most other weekends. Linens, towels, kitchen stuff (dishes, coffeemaker, etc.), and a few books, games, and DVDs are provided. Not wheelchair-accessible due to the stairways.

No smoking is allowed in either unit.
