Overview

The oceanfront R and R House has two big rooms, each of which will seat up to 34 in the main room..

Each R and R House unit has a big room with a big-screen TV , DVD and cable plus free wireless internet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms (we like the double showers!), a fully-stocked kitchen including side-by-side fridge, free laundry, hot tub, room for up to 34 seated, including folding tables and chairs, and beautiful ocean views. Karaoke setup in the garage with seating, too!

The tables provided are standard training or seminar tables, each 8 feet long and 1.5 feet wide. Ideal for a retreat, seminar or family reunion. Enjoy the privacy you just cannot get at a hotel. Enjoy long walks--over two miles of sandy beach both north and south.

Near the beautiful hikes of Olympic National Park and the Quinault area. Watch the whales migrate from the deck. Go clamming in season. Or, visit touristy Ocean Shores.

Bring pets if you wish! Pets are welcome for only $10 per pet per night extra. Please contact owner for availability and more information, especially if you have a large group.

Important

Each individual units are available for short-term rentals.
You can reserve the whole R and R house for as far ahead you want, or just one floor.

However, because we are the only beach rental house in the area that sleeps 24, we prioritize rentals of groups that want the whole house – that’s more than 12 people.

If you want to rent just one floor, you must wait to book your rental until there are less than 30 days until your preferred date. For example: if you want to book just one floor from July 10-12, you must wait until June 10th to book it. If you want to rent both floors (the whole house), you can book as far in advance as you want.

Notes :

Renting just the upper unit or just the lower unit at $648 for holidays and summer weekend nights, $448 for other nights is only allowed if your rental date is within 30 days of the day you call us. The upper unit and the lower unit each sleep up to 12.
